It solves itself But I still cannot print from my laptop. I spent many, many hours, first self, later on with Epson reinstalling sw from the bottom. They could not really solve the problem with me. Later on it became clear that when the firewall of McAfee was switch off the problem no longer exists. After switching on the firewall the problem emerged again. Epson told me to contact with McAfee. After many, many reinstallingtrials, sometimes I receive a message that the driver was not installed or other times when the driver is oke, the message like "mistake for printing" popsup, but this always takes a long time after the printing order.

So I went to McAfee again and after a lot of trials, good and patient helping and hours, they replied to me that the problem is not in their software. It has given me a lot of pleasure over the years and helped produce some high quality scans of vintage family photography. I can recommend it to anyone. Tim Flanigan.
